Returns will only be accepted for products that are damaged in transit, have physical defects, or in cases where incorrect products have been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged or incorrect products must be sent within the stipulated time for us to accept the request.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the products by writing to sales@genskin.in.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Upon receipt of the returned product, GenSkin will inspect and validate the claim.
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 days of receiving your request. For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account within 14 days of requesting a refund.
