You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Orders can be cancelled directly through the GenSkin website.
Once a cancellation request has been accepted, the refund will be processed to the original source of payment within 3–5 business days. To confirm the refund status, please check your bank statement or payment source.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. However, you may refuse to accept the GenSkin order at the time of delivery. Once we receive the returned order, a refund for prepaid orders will be initiated.
